Refund Policy

Hey there, refund-seeker! We totally get it, sometimes things just don't work out. So here's the lowdown on our refund policy.

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If it's been more than 30 days since your purchase, we can't offer you a refund or exchange. Sorry, time waits for no one!

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It's gotta be in its original packaging too. We can't accept returns for items that have been used or damaged. We're all about that fresh and pristine vibe.

To complete your return, we'll need a receipt or proof of purchase. So hold onto those receipts like they're golden tickets!

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive your returned item, we'll do a little happy dance and then send you an email to let you know we got it. We'll also let you know if your refund is approved or rejected. Fingers crossed for that approval!

If you're approved, we'll process your refund and apply it to your credit card or original method of payment. It might take a few days for the refund to show up, so be patient like a zen master.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you're anxiously waiting for your refund and it hasn't shown up yet, don't panic! First, check your bank account to make sure it's not hiding in there. Then, give your credit card company a call because they might be holding onto it for safekeeping. And if all else fails, reach out to your bank and see if they have any answers. They might be able to shed some light on the situation.

Sale items (if applicable)

Sorry, but sale items are like that one friend who always bails on plans—they can't be refunded. Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. So keep that in mind when you're snagging a deal!

Exchanges (if applicable)

If you received a defective or damaged item, we'll gladly exchange it for you. Just send the item back to us at HWC LLC, PO Box 390765, Minneapolis MN 55439, United States. We'll take care of the rest and make sure you get a shiny new replacement.

Gifts

If your item was a gift, lucky you! If it was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, we'll give you a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, we'll send you a fancy gift certificate in the mail. Treat yourself!

If the item wasn't marked as a gift or the gift giver had it shipped to themselves to give to you later, we'll have to spill the beans and let them know about your return. We'll refund the gift giver and they'll find out that way. Oops!

Shipping

When it comes to returning your product, you'll be responsible for the shipping costs. We're sorry, but we can't cover those for you. If you receive a refund, we'll deduct the cost of return shipping from it. Fair's fair, right?

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. So sit tight and keep an eye on that mailbox!

If you're shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we'll receive your returned item, and we'd hate for it to get lost in the mail abyss.
